With technology evolving faster than the standards that support them; ASTM launched the Xcellerate arm of the business - an emerging technology standardisation initiative. An initiative that aims to prevent innovative concepts becoming stuck in the void of innovation and full-scale production.
DIGITAL INFORMATION HUB FOR THE FUTURE OF STANDARDS
As well as leading the branding portion of the project, we also undertook the design of the website. The result of which is a portal into the vast array of new technologies. Leading innovation companies, from Boeing to Nasa, can now access a central point of research and contact, with ASTM Xcellerate supporting their design and production pipelines.
COMPLEX CONCEPTS MADE SIMPLE
The goal for the site is create a place of quick understanding. An environment of surface level information, with the ability to dig deeper and enquiry. Rather than bombarding the user with endless streams of esoteric information in the first instance.
SCALEABLE MODULES FOR INTRICATE INFORMATION
From new technologies, to in-depth articles and events, the ASTM Xcellerate website had to cater for a breadth of content types. The UI kit was designed to emphasise the brand’s colour palette, creating a punchy CTA hierarchy throughout the module design.

The website is for many, the first connection to the new ASTM Xcellerate initiative and therefore the cornerstone of the launch of the business.
The site has enabled the team to manage and publish content, making contact with the worlds leading innovators in emerging technology.
